ServicePRO offers a number of data analysis tools:
|Standard Reports||Standard reports present information on service request, assets and configurations, projects, and workstations. They also provide listings of objects like categories. Audit trail reports show you user logins or modifications to ServicePRO®
|Custom Reports||Custom Reports build on templates that are derived from the Standard Reports.
You can specify your own selection criteria (filters) for most of the Standard Reports, and apply your preferred grouping.
|Charts||The Chart modules allows you to generate a quick visual overview of how requests are being handled by your service desk.
|Queries||The Query Designer lets you to create a custom queries to extract data from ServicePRO based on data filter that you set at design time, or at run time.
When you run the Data Analysis App, you’ll notice immediately the large selection of built-in Standard Reports.
Service request reports allow you to review performance of requests that have been logged, analyze performance, determine if there are skills shortages, show you where your resources are being consumed, and how effective your IT support is.
Assets and configuration related reports show you where you budget is consumed, most troublesome assets, ensuring license compliance, and preventing unnecessary purchases.
